50 amp power seems ok but battery is only at 10 volts (while disconnected from camper). Yep, low battery voltage. All of them.

Could battery be the problem? One of the two primary suspects.
Yep, dead battery.
Could be bad battery. Could be bad converter. Could be both. Bad converter may have killed the battery.
Check water in battery, and charge with separate battery charger. When fully charged, take it to auto parts place for load check.
Use VOM to check converter output, both at the converter and at the battery cable ends. Converter output should be anywhere from 13.2v to 14.6v, depending on the converter.
One of those tests will show you a problem.
