In a lot of cases the seams on the trim of the slideouts can leak and lead to rotting floor. The materials used don't take long to absorb moisture and rot. I would think you'll need to pull any furniture and the floor covering back to inspect the total damage. Aside from finding the leak and fixing that (which may also be in the walls) you'll need to replace the flooring. If you're lucky it's small and you can do a patch repair. Sometimes - depending on the extent of the damage - the whole slide needs to be pulled and the entire floor replaced. You won't know that until you know the extent of the damage.
