2awg in locomotive cable is $1.54/ft HERE , 2awg welding cable in my area will set you back $3.89/ft in my area..
Bought some 2/0 Xtra flex wire from Skycraft years ago for my inverter for LESS than what my local welding supply shop was selling 2awg welding wire..
You better like that cable, you can only buy it in 50 foot sections
