My Furnace may be unrepairable...what is new?
I have an older Suburban NT-30K ducted propane furnace. I think the firebox is cracked. So, whats new in the world of furnaces? Are there any with higher efficiency?

I would look for a furnace with a two speed blower. Less noise, more efficient.
