A friend of mine set up a diesel engine in the Rio bus used at Knotts Berry Farm. He said that Cummins recommends a radiator with 8 square inches per HP. So 100HP = 800 square inches, and devide by 3 layers of core, you get something like 2 square feet.
My guess is you are going to make a 'bunch' more horsepower! While the stock Ford radiator is rated at about 200 HP all day long, you might be making slightly more HP.
My suggestion is a HUGE transmission cooler, and perhaps a coolant cooler as well. The Factory engine oil cooler is sufficient for your needs, but will 'warm' the water going back to the engine a bit.
Even if you do not upgrade the factory radiator, the extra heat will just engage the fan a bit more than before, but everything else will work fine.
Good luck on your project!
Fred.
