Your 07 Fleetwood Discovery uses a BCC from RV Custom Products. Fleetwood made the change over from Intellitec to RV Custom Products about 1994.
Your isolator relay will close when either battery bank reaches 13.3 volts and open when voltage drops below 12.8.
Why not let the solar maintain both banks.
For detailed information on your BCC, goto THIS LINK on IRV2 and ask for schematics. Old Bounder has most all the prints for Intellitec and RV Custom Products BCC.
