Wow, major cold temps for sure. Have you pulled the speaker and peaked up in there? Should be easy to tell if it is a true leak or condensation.
Yes, condensation can leak that much. However, everything would be sweating like crazy, IMO. Pretty unusual for one spot to get that much condensate.
I would probably look at getting a bucket of descicant, at the very least.
At the most, I'd pull that speaker and start investigating to see whats up. Very impressive you are keeping everything running on one 15a outlet.
