- nineoaks2004ExplorerTry this place, they have great prices on a lot of items and also have a printed catalog..
http://www.allelectronics.com/ - MEXICOWANDERERExplorerI figured the stuff I hunt for is either hard to find or pricey so why not share? That Euroterminal can handle one 4 gauge entering and 3 eight gauge leaving - for 83 cents. Shoot never mind a junction block just the cost of wire end terminals is 3X that! The nylon housing is tough and easy to mount. I would however tin bare copper against tinned aluminum.

Not in my area. I've been looking for these for awhile. Thanks Mex! - MrWizardModeratori might order a couple of those thanks
- MEXICOWANDERERExplorerTHEY say 1/0 wire is the largest.
Gnus for some - a six gauge max strip is rated for 60 amps
And the device s rated for 300 volts UL
Napa? Shirley you jest. April Fool on me..... :) - MrWizardModerator

That's interesting but it does not give you a range of wire sizes it will accept. Just looking at the pic looks like #6 or maybe 4.
To be 150 amp would require something like 1/0.
to be precise
to carry 150 amps at 12v with out voltage drop, would require substantial wire
but make a terminal strip, that can carry 150amps
put 6ga wire openings on it
and you have a mil-spec terminal strip that will carry 50amps 24/7 and never fail
rated for 150amps, does not mean the original intended work load needed that much power - Garry_GayleExplorerAny NAPA store should have those
- accsysExplorerI have one of these for emergency use in the event of a transfer switch failure. It would allow me to connect the 50 amp cable to the MH wiring. The wires going into and out of the transfer switch fit easily so no problems there. It would be used short term while waiting on parts to repair or replace the transfer switch. Fortunately, we haven't had to use it yet but it is inexpensive and doesn't take up much room.
