Been there done that, and it ain't pretty. - mcheroExplorerAluminum tanks corrode from the inside out. Found a pin hole leak on a aluminum sleeve that the fittings are threaded into. Was able to seal but expect more to show up down the road.

Gas only/10 gallon tank using a Mixing valve to provide 16 gal of HOT water
Replacement tank is same used for all gas only 10 gal models--- 93950
Best price is probably Panther RV
