If the round tube ends that the flame goes thru are not PERFECTLY round, do not accept.

Been there done that, and it ain't pretty.

Aluminum tanks corrode from the inside out. Found a pin hole leak on a aluminum sleeve that the fittings are threaded into. Was able to seal but expect more to show up down the road.
Found a tank for $99 but the wonderful USPS lost the package!

Since you just want a tank, what's the problem with the old tank? I had one freeze and split. I had it welded back together, and it worked great.
