Need to know if it has a wall tstat or ceiling mount controls. Changing the top AC unit ONLY, will not change the way the original controls operated the Unit. If Ceiling controls, there is NO way to put the fan on Auto. Wall mount controls will have an Auto setting to turn the Fan OFF. Doug
