As to why I am needing to replace it the shower pan is from 1984 and is just cracking and breaking to pieces now. You can see in the pics that mold has started underneath so I can't use it anymore until I get a new pan in. I also (even if I wanted to which I don't) cannot find a shower pan like the one I am taking out.
