Have you located the fan motor yet??

Does it squeal with A\C on, or just with Heat on?? Is it a squeal, like a bearing, or more like something hitting the fan??

Your talking about the in dash automotive heater blower
So I assume you want heat and defrost while driving
You can have heat with out the blower
You just don't get near as much
That motor in the picture is under the dash and can be removed via some screws
Approx 6>8 screws, typically on the passenger side, you will have to go looking
And unplug the wiring to the blower, then you can try pulling it out and looking for the part number online, our oiling it

Since this is a Class A, the HVAC (Heater Ventilation Air Conditioning) came from a third party, perhaps Evans Tempcon. They may or may not have used a Blower Motor like one in a popular vehicle from Ford GM or Chrysler.

See if you can find the HVAC cabinet and remove the Motor/Blower assembly. Then start out at the auto supply and see if they can match it up for you. Here are some pix of Evans Tempcon's repair parts. Pix Here

Cars and light trucks typically use a setup similar to this one



But it may have a double shaft motor like this one, and those are less common in the rest of the automotive world



On SOME (meaning a FEW) motors you can drip some oil on the bearings.

Your best bet for fixing anything in that motorhome is to get a service manual for that chassis model. The service manual will have exploded diagrams for most of the parts, descriptions for replacing parts, and trouble shooting sections for some systems.
If you get real lucky, a manual may be available online for download. Do you have any tools?

Same type problem, probably a motor bearing. You will have to get under the hood or dash to remove and replace the motor.
