Usually down by the steering column. But it won't sputter or nothing if that has tripped; shuts the fuel pump OFF.
You need a mechanic that knows enough and has a PSI gauge he can put on the fuel rail (this IS an EFI engine isn't it?) and monitor the fuel pressure while driving it.
These dogs were famous for fuel pump problems. So I have to ask; are you sure they put the latest and greatest pump on it? There also is a conversion harness required to put the new style pump on.
