Seems to me those dry weights are a standard trailer. If you add a lot of options you're going to add a lot of weight. I mean 157 gallons of water will weigh about 1200 lbs. Figure just the water added to that 13,400 and you're at 14,600 lbs. Now add the 60 gallons of fuel @ 420, and the weight of the Onan generator, about 300 lbs. Now you're up to 15,300 lbs. If they've added one or two air conditioners that would add a few hundred more lbs. If you got full body paint, that's actually quite a bit of weight on the big of a vehicle.
I can see that 5th wheel hitting 16,000 lbs. pretty easily. With no personal effects whatsoever.
