You should be able to find someone in or near the CG who can help you.
I would start by seeing if everything runs from the generator. If so, that says the problem is not "coach side" of the ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch).
Someone safe working around 240 VAC would probably start by verifying power to the coach end of the shore power cord (if separable from coach).
If not/next, at both "IN" and "OUT" of the ATS.
If nothing works on generator either, the issue is either in the ATS, wiring to 120 VAC breaker box or in the breaker box itself.
If you have a reel for your shore power cord, its contacts are another place to check.
