need some reviews on a 'generac ix2000'

Very very quiet most of the time...

Then after a long stint on a workbench it gets a lot louder for a short time...

Generacs don't like me.

Your gonna get lots of brand name folks blasting it for noisy since it isn't a name brand.

And to be honest, it has been years since Generac actually had a good name for quality.. Lots of complaints on the quality of their gens..

The noise level does not seem to be listed on any of Generacs brochures or spec sheets.. If I was to guess it is not going to be very quiet if they are not willing to list the noise level..

Even other China imports like Champion and even Harbor Freight are willing to advertise the sound levels..
