Sal, Yep, the point needs further elaboration and discussion. That, hopefully was and is the point of posting the link. Here's my question "What are/is the primary difference(s) in the waveform generated by a PSW inverter versus a good quality inverter generator VERSUS any inverter generator?" Heck for that matter what is the range expected (or not) of THD for so-called pure sine wave equipment? My ill experiences with third and fifth wave harmonics make me quite skeptical. This is why I chose a KATO generator over a less expensive LIMA or Stamford. There is a woeful lack of performance data out there. Ask a manufacturer to demonstrate a value of THD when coupled to an inductor and they act like you're asking them the color of their girlfriend's lingerie.
