This is nothing more then a digital scale. I've had Weber grills for many decades... my current Weber is enclosed under the grill with a spring scale available there to hang the cylinder on. The problem is I am no longer strong enough to lift the bottle to hook it on the spring scale. This little gadget is perfect for my application.
I suspect it is not of use in an RV due to the need to restrain the cylinder to prevent motion.
The gadget scale does "alarm" if the bottle gets low... I don't get the need to send a alarm to a phone or iPad by B/T??? I mean the beep should be adequate. lol
