I'm sure you can adjust any of these to anywhere you want. I still have an old PC40 (Power Source)model. Has a shorting link on the front-13.2 link open, 14.0 link shorted. Adjusted an internal pot so i have 14.4 shorted and 13.6 open. I just use it around the shop for a battery charger.
