You got a quarter million $ RV at a shop that doesn’t know how to hook up an air conditioner? It’s not like they assemble them from scratch. It’s plug the hole with a new unit and connect the wires.
If I had to ask on the shops behalf why they can’t figure out something this simple, I would not only be embarrassed for the shop but I’d be finding a new shop.
