To be of any use, one board should emit ~350 lumen. This is the brightness equivalent to 20W incandescent (leaving color temperature aside, which seems to be a problem with Chinese).
Cheap LEDs are - normally - 3 or 4 times more efficient than incandescent, so such a board should draw 5-7W.
Mex, sounds like you've got 10W equivalent, and in 5000K color temp at that.
