I stopped buying from those Hong Kong vendors on Ebay. I once bought five LED Candelabra bulbs. They all burnt out after 2 weeks. They vendor sent me an 'Oh So Sorry' email and then sent me 5 more bulbs. Same thing, they burnt out quickly. I bought other Hong Kong items on Ebay and had similar experiences. I think that they are selling factory rejects or stuff with such low quality than no store would dare sell it.
