I used to work for IERC, we made transistor heat sinks back in the day.
basic heat sinks aluminum fingered.specs.
A UP3 to66 had , if I recall correctly longer fingers than a UP2 T066, more heat dissapating features.
They are probably still out there, they were one of our best all time sellers.
