new battery maintain system - and cheap charger-

OK from what I can find it appears that the charger in the above pic is old stock and has been replaced by a new charger with the same number, BC209, the new charger is 2 amps and 3 stage. It looks like Lowes and a couple other places are using the new charger specifications to describe the old model charger. Looks like the new chargers are all Yellow instead of the yellow and black.
