New Champion Genset spotted at Quartzite show

seen at Quartzite, at Supergen Products tent

Demo version of new electric Start wireless REMOTE , 3100w inverter model

I was told expected availability mid~late May 2014, No pricing info

weight 110#, the current model manual start 3100 inverter weighs 90#



the box seen on top-right and the wiring are part of the 'optional' SYNCing kit accessory for connecting to another CPE inverter genset,

    Before someone gets picky
    Not full 50 amp RV service, which is 50 amps per leg
    But 50 amps supply, to a 50 amp plug no 50~30 doggone needed
    Like when using two Hondas or two cpe 2000w generators

    Nice Gen, But I wish these companies would make a universal parallel kit to link to other manufactures Gens? Maybe a Blue/Red,, Blue/yellow,Yellow/Orange,,red/Yellow?

    The 50 amp plug is on the parallel hook up kit which is used to pair up two 3100's which would provide in the neighbourhood of 5,800 watts which is more than ample to provide 50 amp output. Honest, I was holding the thing in my hand!

    What the above pic doesn't show is that the parallel connector features a 50 amp plug for those of us who like to have lotsa juice on hand. I took the reps card and will give these babies a serious consideration in about 5 months when they hit the shelves.

    from what I understand, the 3100i compares with the Honda Handi or 58db on eco mode to 65 db full out. I may be wrong.
