New (last year) propane regulator isn't working.

I installed a new regulator (from camping world) last year. My TT is 10 years old. After installation it worked fine. Stored for winter and now preparing for 3 month trip. The red indicator is one...

Close both tank valves. Then, very, very slowly open the one that's feeding the regulator. See if that works.
