A few months back I installed a Pioneer avhs5600 in my trailer and had to buy a patch bypass to jump out the parking brake, reverse gear, and so on. I bought it from Amazon.com. I ended up taking it out due to a glitch in the radio software and the fact it ate one of my favourite cd's, and Amazon refunded the full turnkey cost of returning it. I went back to a rv radio, I think its a Jenson. My advice to you is get the bypass. As I recall I used a micro switch with a diode as my ignition switch. Hopefully my dissertation helps.
