A few months back I installed a Pioneer avhs5600 in my trailer and had to buy a patch bypass to jump out the parking brake, reverse gear, and so on. I bought it from Amazon.com. I ended up taking it out due to a glitch in the radio software and the fact it ate one of my favourite cd's, and Amazon refunded the full turnkey cost of returning it. Sometimes, it doesn't matter what you're installing the headunit IN because there is a built-in defeat when the vehicle is not in park. The intention is to disable any video function playback to the monitor so that viewing is not happening when driving.
If you don't think posting the model # is important, that's OK with me, carry on.
