Thanks for keeping this somewhat simple.Most of us weekdend warriors like me dont really need all that much solar ( or do we!). Got the led lites, dont need to use the micro, watch a movie or two with the 12v led tv and use water. I bought the solar panel kit from HF 45w. the controller goes to 14.5v I think it should at least give back what I took out of the batteries overnite? Do they sell a car battery charger that when we get home that can charge our 6v series batteries back up to 100%? Sorry to hijack the thread. Too much information!
The on board converter will charge the battery just fine at home.... or the 100w panel will also just takes longer. 45w is pretty much just for storage.
