Almot, I know it is hard to keep up with all my set-up changes, but we have been on 230w solar all summer on mostly four batts, with the batts getting to full most days, despite our sinful use of toaster, MW, kettle, hair dryer, lawn trimmer, TV/DVD, etc.
In two weeks, the solar gets put away until next April, and we return to being weekenders in the provincial parks an the woods on just batteries, gen, and big amp chargers.
Still maintain the same 120v usages though. Our religion permits enjoyment, and does not give extra points for going without the things you like! :)
