Get the manual and read how to disassemble and clean the burner and chimney. This is the problem 90% of the time if it will cool on AC.
If it will not cool on AC, get a Kill-A-Watt and plug it in. If it does draw power (~120 watts) and still does not cool. It might just be toast.
