You can get what you want by using a solar controller with those adjustables as the converter.(with a DC power supply input) To keep the price down in the 80 amp range where controllers are very expensive, you would get two lower cost 40 ampers and put them in parallel on the battery.
EP Solar has their standard automatic two-hour time at Vabs once it gets the batts to the not adjustable Vabs (14.6ish). You can get their gizmo to adjust those things, adding to the price.
