No 110 or 12 volt power

New to us MH. We have no 110 or 12 volt power when plugged into shore power. Was working a few months ago. Now it's not. Any ideas what it could be?

  • Since you have NO 120V or 12V, start at the pole. Is there 120v at the shore source? Is the CB on? If at home this may be in the master panel or at the receptacle. Turn it off and then on to verify. If Yes, then do you have an Auto Transfer Switch (ATS), which is where your shore cable connects to the coach? If Yes, then what do you hear? Check the master and all the 120v CB panel inside the coach. Do you have a 120/12v voltmeter? You need one to verify where there is electricity and where there is not and how much. Didi you check your GFCI outlets?

Post as many results as you get so people know what you did.
  • I would check the battery disconnect switch first. Then the battery voltage. Then the circuit breakers.

  • What is the battery voltage?
What is the line voltage on the main breakers?
Is the home outlet even working?

Will it start and drive down to the dealer for service?
  • do you have 12v power when NOT plugged into shore power ?

is your battery disconnect switch turned on, so that the batteries are connected to the RV-house ?

did you check the batteries to see if they are charged

did you check the circuit breakers in the power panel, turn off..then back on

did you start the generator ?
    does the engine start ?
start engine..hold emg start button.. start generator

    make..model ..year ? of MH
  • Plugged in at home? Has the breaker tripped? Do you have power at the outlet it is plugged in to?
  • Without you providing what things you've already checked, no.
