camperpaulExplorerMay 13, 2014The inverter/converter is a dual use device.When in converter mode, it converts "shore power" to 12Volts DC and charges the battery.When in inverter mode it makes 120Volts AC.If you are measuring zero Volts at your batteries, you have destroyed them and you will need to replace them.You will need to connect the I/C to the battery. Before doing so, measure the output of the converter to determine the correct polarization.
