No Battery Charge
New PD9260. puts charger out 12.8. Same charge with Motor or genny running, Genny will not start unless pluged into 110.Can some one HELP me. Thanks

Jerry 120v is going into charger. Robert PD92060 is installed correct. 12.8 is being read by volt metter and reads 12.8 (also by Tri Metric). All 4 btrys check out good.
