Frustrating. I made my own toad package with a weatherproof aluminum box and a roe of Bosch 5 pin relays. Next to it sits a big rig 7 stud bos with LED pilot lights. The bus is 37' in length and no way was I going to run 50' of power. I had to come up with a 20 amp rated 24 to 12 volt voltage bucker in 1985. A Sure Power unit. Works like a charm. What kind of lamp bulbs does your rig use? The backfeed trick can save a lot of diagnostic time.
