No Charging Current from Converter to House Batteries

Installed two new US golf cart batteries to replace original T-105's in our 2004 Fleetwood Tioga 26Q today. Checked voltage at battery terminals, read 12.4 Apparently not getting any charging current ...

Same answer as your other 'converter' post

120V AC input.......13.6VDC output measured are terminals on converter where battery cables attach

Not putting out 13.6V DC.......converter bad.
