No Charging Current from Converter to House Batteries

Installed two new US golf cart batteries to replace original T-105's in our 2004 Fleetwood Tioga 26Q today. Checked voltage at battery terminals, read 12.4 Apparently not getting any charging current ...

Before I call it dead, I would take the cover off and look inside the converter, checking the terminals and their connections inside the box.
