No Charging Current from Converter to House Batteries

Installed two new US golf cart batteries to replace original T-105's in our 2004 Fleetwood Tioga 26Q today. Checked voltage at battery terminals, read 12.4 Apparently not getting any charging current ...

We actually carry a small 12v charger to sub for our old converter if it dies on the road.
