Check the voltage at the batteries. Then at the power control panel (fuses and circuit breakers).
My RV has an automatic circuit breaker between the battery bank and the power distribution center. Some times they are not auto reset but have a push button on them.
What is the "wake up" voltage on the batteries / bms?
