No display on new Norcold fridge.

I thought about switching the wires but I checked things again and found that the board is labeled correctly (continuity from the chassis to the negative post). I tried calling Norcold but they are closed now (Eastern time). I'm really frustrated because we were getting ready for a great vacation. I'm just hoping there is a reset or some other "trick" to get it working. Thanks for your reply.
