1. Norcold has used about 4 different style Circuit Boards on your Model over the years.
2. You need to look at the only 2 open spade connections on the board for the 12 volt pos and neg. The POS will usually state on the board 12vdc. The neg will state gnd1 or just gnd.
3. You CANNOT use where the old refer had the Connections as your new refer control board is different.
4. Your stated 12 volt voltage is NOT correct if you are plugged into shore power. You stated 12.26 volts. THAT is not even good voltage on a fully charged battery. IF you are plugged into shore power, your line voltage should be well over 13.2 volts from the power converter. THIS voltage you stated is NOT your problem as the refer will come on down to 11.1 volts, but your voltage should be at least over 13.2 if plugged into shore power. You may have a Converter problem also.
5. Your model "may" have the hi limit switch on the burner flue casing. You will see 2 red wires on the round metal burner case on a limit switch. THAT usually has a center reset button. IF that is tripped, you may not have voltage to the refer, but usually if it trips the system will throw a NO CO code and the panel will still come on as well as the Interior light.
6. I believe your problem is you do NOT have the pos and neg on the correct spades on the control board. Doug
