No gas flow to oven

Stove works fine, in two years we've never used the oven, and the one time we attempt to use it, it doesn't work.

Suggestions? Not smelling propane when it's on.

That was in fact it. Beautiful flame now, thank you
  • DOH, maybe I should read the instructions! Never considered holding in the knob.

This. There will not be gas flowing to smell unless you hold the knob in to supply gas to the pilot flame. Once lit, the heat from the pilot will allow the main gas to flow when you turn the oven on.

If you want to cheat a bit, hold the lighter where the pilot flame goes, wait for a bit then turn the oven directly on from there.
  • If you have gas flow to stove top burners you have it available for oven

As asked...does the pilot flame light off/stay lit?

    Brand/Model would be helpful
