No outlet power on street side - Gfci ok??? What’s up?

My truck camper has an intermittent power out issue- that may be a short or caused by rain??? All was fine then post big rain all 3 interior (Bed area, dinette & bathroom) Outlets Turned off. ...

I'd suggest to check for moisture in the exterior receptacle. It may be protected by the GFCI inside the camper. Some RV's come equipped with a separate GFCI for the exterior circuits (typical).
