Disconnect the large black wire on the left in the picture above... Does the fuse still blow? If so the coil is shorted and you need a new solinoid. In the meantime you can fasten it to the cable on the right... Best done with the battery cables off the negative terminals on your batteries.
If it does not blow then reconnect and I would disconnect the large 12 V wire feeding your 12V converter and see if you stop blowing the fuse. If so, you have a bad 12V converter.
