no power to hyd jacks control panel
I have a 2013 fusion 375. I needed to move it and there was no power at the control panel. I have checked fuses and breakers and appear to be good. Any other ideas?

After posting, I went back out to start testing for correct amperage and voltage. found out the batteries are completely dead. It has been plugged in for two weeks now. with the cover off the fuse panel, I realized the converter wasn't making any noise. If I get real close, I hear a high pitch wine. I'm thinking I have a bad converter. Any thoughts?
