No Power unless plugged in to shore power!!! Please Help...

Okay... So I have a 2010 Springdale 260 SRT. I have power when plugged in but nothing from the batteries. What I've done so far. No blown fuses in electrical panel. No thrown breakers. Repl...

Also, flip off all breakers and reset same as fuses.
Since your batteries are good it sounds like the converter is ok.... but sometimes the converter may be bad which does no allow 12 volt power to get through
