One other possibility that I think is pretty rare but it just happened to me. Found every time I turned on a particular fluorescent ceiling light, the TV would loose the over air signal. About drove me nuts. I found the problem totally by accident. With some research learned that electro magnetic interference could cause the problem and could be caused by the wiring, the tubes, or the ballast. Was going to change tubes and found a deteriorating and over heated ballast.
