Update: Problem maybe the antenna wall plate. I disconnected the antenna input and connected directly to the TV. Got a good signal and many stations. Still a work in progress and I will check to see if I am getting power to the antenna.
With the antenna reconnected to the wall plate and no other connections except power, I read a direct short between the center and outer shell of the female RF connector for TV1 and TV2. Is this normal?
