We are experiencing a (novo ) code on ref inside grill is completely iced over . Am going to completely defrost unit ! Anyone have any suggestions... Power is on propane is on TC is level .

Voltage good both a/c & d/c . Propane good ! We think it may be just frozen up! Time will tell.
